Certificate III in Micro Business Operations

The microbusiness boom is a 21st-century phenomenon. These days anyone can start up a business – no matter what your age!   The Australian Bureau of Statistics (2017) reported 61 per cent of actively trading businesses in the country – around 1.2 million – were solo operations, while 28 per cent – 528,000 – were microbusinesses with one to four employees. (Telstra, 2017)

BSBREL401 Establish networks (Elective)

BSBSMB403 Market the small business (Elective)

BSBSMB423 Create a digital technology plan for small business (Elective)

BSBSMB414 Develop a time management plan (Elective)

Upon the enrolment process, a review will be made of your current experiences and qualifications to determine if you are eligible for any credit transfer or RPL for Units of Competency not listed here and that meet the packaging rules.

Delivery Location(s):  All face-to-face sessions will be conducted in Canberra.  The location of the course will be confirmed upon enrolment.  Coaching sessions and webinars will be conducted via Zoom, Skype or phone.

Schedule:  There are approximately 55 contact hours.  It is anticipated that the student will have to dedicate 4-6 hours per week to complete weekly reading and assessments.
